Module 6 by Zoom: Modelling Uniquely
Now included free as part of Clean Change Community membership
Starting 28th March 2023
This next training will be combined with Module 5: Modelling Universally: Expanding your modeller’s mind
Every client is a wonderfully unique individual. How much of what they are saying and doing do you really notice? How can you expand your capacity to take in and use more of their information as it emerges?
Can you learn to be guided by the uniqueness of the individual, to notice and trust whatever’s happening in “real time”, and to direct the client’s attention even more exquisitely?

Our Zoom-based training is designed for you if you want all the regular Module 6 content but prefer to learn over time, with pauses for reflection, or if you can’t afford to take a block of time out of your work or need to be at home each day.
Module 6 by Zoom will consist of:
- Interactive Zoom calls
- Course material
- Some reading
- Practice group activities (some of them with trainer feedback)
The entire training will be covered remotely. Usually, all you will need for the interactive calls is an up-to-date version of Zoom.
In Module 6 you will:
Develop the strength, purpose and flexibility to take control of a session while staying Clean
Master the knack of bringing metaphors to life so they become ‘real’ for the client, who will experience them happening in the room
Find out when and how to lead your client towards what they are not attending to
Learn to ‘catch the wave’ when transformation starts to happen right before your eyes
Practice noticing patterns, meta-patterns and meta-meta-patterns, and find contexts where this is valuable
Explore how you can most usefully direct your own attention while facilitating
Enhance your real-time modelling skills
Use whatever happens, as it happens, including the inherent logic of the client’s system
In more detail, there will be:
- Interactive Zoom calls lasting about 2.5 hours. These calls are used for teaching, questions and discussion, other pre-work, and for demos and group activities. Sometimes we may split into smaller groups to do an activity, each group led by a trainer or assistant. Assistants are very experienced Clean facilitators who have a wealth of Clean experience.
- Pre-work activities. E.g. reading, analysing a transcript or completing a work sheet (about 1-1.5 hours a week).
- Facilitating/being facilitated in a small practice group of 2 or 3 people. Working across different time zones can make it tricky to get three people together, and so the practice groups may consist of you and one other.)
It is possible to miss an interactive session, and to make up a missed practice group session: we record the interactive calls and put them, along with the recorded teaching sessions and the pre-work/practice activities up on our community platform, so that anyone who has missed something can listen later (and those who attended can listen again if they wish to).
