Wendy Sullivan has worked in the field of Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling for around 20 years. She has both studied and worked with the originators, David Grove, Penny Tompkins and James Lawley, and is one of the most experienced trainers in the field.

As well as training others to use Clean Language, she uses it herself when coaching or working as a psychotherapist, and when facilitating teams or carrying out interviews (such as for market research).

Besides working in organisations, ranging from the very small through to multi-nationals, her business, Clean Change Company, delivers extensive open trainings in Clean Language. Also on offer is certification as a Clean facilitator and an Association for Coaching certificated Clean coach training.

With Judy Rees, Wendy co-authored a highly successful introduction to the field, Clean Language: Revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds and she has contributed to Clean Language Interviewing: Principles and Applications for Researchers and Practitioners, edited by Heather Cairns-Lee, James Lawley and Paul Tosey.
