Sally Phillips

A qualified human resources and coaching professional, Sally has been in sole practice since 1990, working mainly in the public sector.

Sally provides a range of HR, organisation and individual and development services,  including a sizeable coaching practice. As soon as she came across Clean Language, Sally was struck by its power to refresh and encourage people in their search for changes that would stick with them. Sally now regularly uses Clean Language and Clean Space work in her repertory of coaching techniques. (And, practising what she preaches, she has her own Clean Language coach and supervisor).

Sally has coached senior and middle managers as well as front-line staff in local authorities, government bodies, the NHS and voluntary organisations, on a wide range of developmental and performance topics. She works with groups and individuals – the latter both face-to-face and by telephone.

Clients feed back positively on Sally’s professionalism and clarity.  All her work is underpinned by codes of professional HR and coaching practice, continuing professional development and regular supervision.

Qualifications and accreditations include:

  • Chartered Fellow, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
  • MBA, awarded with distinction
  • Accredited professional business coach
  • Member, Association for Coaching
  • Accredited Clean Language facilitator (foundation level)
  • Affiliate (i.e. non-qualified) Member, British Psychological Society
  • Accredited psychometric tester (level A)

What they're saying about Clean

I think it was a fantastic course, I think all of us who did it said so. It was a step up and expanded our knowledge a whole order of magnitude from Modules 1 to 4.
