Hans-Peter Wellke

Hans-Peter is a passionate facilitator and coach. He is a catalyst for the clients’ paths and purposes to develop and change personally. He promotes their aims of reaching highly energizing identities and visions. As “Partner for Personnel and Personal Development” he facilitates customized workshops and systemic organizational development processes across industries. Individuals, teams, departments and companies appreciate his tailor-made services.

He has also created the extraordinarily successful model, the “identity development process”. It combines the power of team development, a strategic workshop, a business vision and company mission statement process, motivational training and personnel and team coaching at the same time. Leadership management skills will also be optimised during the process. Individuals, high performance teams, departments and companies use his model for creating their own future-oriented identity in order to foster behavioural changes, to get vision focused and to reach a high level of motivation for achieving goals.

For Hans-Peter, Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling has become an important tool and mindset to facilitate his clients’ active steps towards their realisation of their objectives in business and private contexts.

He is also happy to share his German Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling experience with German-speaking users. Thus, he and his colleague Martin Römer provide courses in Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling in Germany.

Hans-Peter offers coaching and facilitating face-to-face and by phone in German and English.
