Lynne is a skilled facilitator specialising in coaching senior executives, developing leaders and building teams in both private and public sectors.  Lynne’s background includes some 18 years’ commercial experience within private sector organisations, specialising in marketing and communications.  She has spent the last ten years in consultancy and facilitation, with extensive experience in the field of people and organisational development.

Lynne’s strong interpersonal skills, pragmatic approach and passion for working with people all support her talent for getting results.  Her approach combines Clean Language, NLP and other change methodologies to work closely with clients to support them to achieve their outcomes in the business context.

Lynne’s key areas of expertise are in Executive Coaching, leadership development, team alignment, strategic vision development and group facilitations.  She is the co-creator, with Mariette Castellino, of the Five-Minute Coach, a powerful new Clean Language coaching model for use at all levels in organisations.
