Take your Clean skills to the next level! After this Module, you’ll be facilitating Clean change with elegance, precision and flexibility, confident in your ability to help clients to make significant changes in their lives.

Whether you work with individuals or with groups, in personal development or in business, you can use this learning straight away, increasing your impact as a facilitator and making a real difference in the lives of those around you.

In this Module you’ll:

• Meet the Specialised Clean Questions, which can take your clients to unexpected places

• Learn to structure your Clean sessions within a comprehensive Framework for Change

• Gain insight into the nature of change, and how and why people find it tricky

• Appreciate the role of systems thinking in personal and business change

• Notice repeating patterns in our lives

• Take your metaphor-spotting to a new level

• Develop your memory for client information

• Use metaphor to create plans which lead to real action

• Devise your own Clean applications

• Find out about the times when even the top Clean specialists don’t use Clean.

The course will be taught by co-author of Clean Language: Revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds Wendy Sullivan, one of the world’s most experienced Clean trainers.

This Module completes basic training in Clean Language. Together with Module 4, Clean Space, it provides crucial knowledge you’ll need to progress to becoming a Certified Clean Facilitator. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without it!

In more detail, there will be:

• Module 3 Dvds   This allows you to listen to the content more than once if you wish to.

• 8 interactive Skype calls lasting about 2 hours. These calls are used for questions and discussion about the content of the module and other pre-work, and for demos and group activities. Sometimes we may split into smaller groups to do an activity, each group led by a trainer or assistant.  Assistants are very experienced Clean facilitators who have a wealth of Clean experience.

• 8 x pre-work  activities. E.g. reading the manual, analysing a transcript or completing a work sheet (about 1-1.5 hours a week).

• 1 –  1 ¾  hours facilitating/being facilitated in a small practice group of 2 or 3 people.  Working across different time zones can make it tricky to get three people together, and so the practice  groups may consist of you and one other.)

• A trainer or assistant will listen in to 3 practice group sessions.

It is possible to miss an interactive session, and to make up a missed practice group session: we record the interactive calls and put them and the pre-work/practice activities up on our online Academy, so that anyone who has missed something can listen later (and those who attended can listen again if they wish to).

The times/dates on which the practice groups meet is up to the groups themselves to arrange, so you can plan those sessions around the availability of the group members.
