This is perhaps the ultimate CPD day for growing your skills as a facilitator. Geared for those with a minimum of four day’s Clean Language training, this skills enhancement workshop offers high-quality opportunities to develop personal and practical insights into your own facilitation.

As Clean practitioners, we’ve trained ourselves to focus a spotlight on the client’s landscapes and models. Being thoroughly attuned to client processes is the mainstay of good Clean facilitation. This practice development day swings the spotlight around by 180º to focus on your processes. Exactly how do you build and update your model of the client’s landscape (model-in-progress)? How do you decide which question to ask, and what patterns and preferences are influencing your choices? If staying Clean means treating all client information equally, how are you deciding which information to park, and which to mature? What is your process for musing? What lets you know where you are on the spectrum of ‘squeaky Clean-less Clean’, and what to do about that? What kind of relationship do you have with someone’s desired outcome – and where do you keep that information?

With an emphasis on refining skills you already have (rather than learning a host of new techniques), this course blends practical mentoring with ‘time to think’ about your unique qualities as a facilitator:

• Personal attention from experienced Clean mentors**

• A blend of whole group activities and discussions with opportunities to reflect on applications to your practice
• Feedback on your current strengths and areas for development.

Who is this course for?

Clean facilitators who are considering Certification or taking the advanced modules; those returning to Clean after a break; any facilitator wanting more confidence and agility.
