Module 3: Changing for Good

Take your Clean skills to the next level! After this Module, you’ll be facilitating Clean change with elegance, precision and flexibility. The skills you’ll acquire are designed to boost your effectiveness as a facilitator, and increase confidence in your ability to help clients make significant changes in their lives.

Adapted from our highly successful 3-day training, tele-module 3 consists of 6 training Skype calls, together with 1 day’s in-person (face-to-face) training at our venue in Richmond, southwest London.

Whether you work with individuals or with groups, in personal development or in business, you can use this learning straight away. Module 3 includes time in which you can discuss and develop your own ‘applications’ of Clean – how you can most creatively and effectively bring Clean into your work.

All training calls are 7pm UK time (GMT) Monday evenings

Module 3 content includes:

• Learning to structure Clean sessions within the comprehensive ‘Framework for Change’
• Insight into the nature of change, and how and why people find it tricky
• The role of systems thinking in personal and business change
• The Specialised Clean Questions, which can take your clients to unexpected places
• The effects of pattern on our lives, and how to detect them
• More on metaphors – working with them and using metaphors to create plans that lead to real action
• Enhanced skills in developing your memory for client information
• Appropriate use of Clean, including times when even the top Clean specialists don’t use it.

Module 3 completes our basic training in Clean Language. Together with Module 4, Clean Space, it provides crucial knowledge you’ll need to progress to becoming a Certified Clean Facilitator.

The course is led by international trainer Wendy Sullivan, co-author of Clean Language: revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds, with change consultant and Clean Language mentor Margaret Meyer.
