All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20% (except for printed books).
To download your purchase (MP3 format for audio, pdf format for e-books), click the link that will be emailed to you immediately after you place your order. If you experience difficulties downloading your purchase, please contact us immediately.
Courses and events
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you make your booking. If a course or event is full and we are unable to accommodate you, we will email you within 48 hours to provide a full refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary level of training, skill or experience to join a particular course or event, as detailed on this website. If you are in any doubt, please contact us to check before making a booking.
Full details of the course/event venue and any reading or other preparatory work will be emailed to you at least seven days before the event. You will also be asked to complete and sign a Learning Agreement.
If you are unable to attend the course or event you have booked, you should notify us in writing. With our agreement you may transfer your booking to another person at no charge, provided they have the relevant qualifications or experience for the course or teleclass concerned.
Your booking may be transferred to a future course (if available) within the following 12 months at our absolute discretion, subject to a £50 per module administration fee.
If the price of the future course is higher than the price of the one originally booked, you will be required to pay the difference.
If your booking is not transferred, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Less than 1 week’s notice, 100% of the course fee
- Less than 1 month’s notice, 75% of course fee
- Less than 3 month’s notice, 50% of course fee.
CDs, DVDs and Books
These products will be dispatched within two business days of our receiving your valid payment using first class or airmail unregistered post.
You have the right to cancel such orders within seven days of purchase, or of receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. If you do cancel your order, please return the product in its original packaging and undamaged, and including your order number and email address, to:

For your protection, please use a recorded delivery service. On receiving the returned goods, we will notify you by email and refund your payment. This may take up to four weeks.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
