With a background in the public sector, Ken has over 15 years of success in assisting people in their personal and professional development.
While keeping a focus on the need for practical actions as an outcome of coaching, he has a particular interest in supporting his clients to find meaning in their work and a richer and more productive sense of their own excellence.
Whether the context is organizational, where your aim may be to become a more effective and authentic leader; or more purely personal development and you want to deal more confidently with a situation you currently find challenging; Ken takes a “whole person” approach, where you will combine a journey of your own emerging insights with putting into practice new behaviours to achieve new results.
