Like spinning plates: a map of facilitating `Clean Language’
Presenter Paul Tosey
Session details
Facilitating `Clean Language’ can feel a bit like spinning plates – setting a number of things and motion, tracking them, and revisiting them to keep them going. This session is about a map of facilitation that involves seven `plates’, and was developed through observing James Lawley and Penny Tompkins at work.
The aim is to share, test and refine this map. It is designed for facilitators who are willing to enquire into whether the map is helpful to them, how it could be enhanced, and how it can be used.
