We work with businesses to enable effective thinking and improved communication.
I’d like to be clear about something here… we’re not selling outdoor team building events.
You won't need to get cold or wet with raft-building, rock-climbing or quad-biking and there's no costly equipment involved. You won't necessarily even need to hire hotel space – we get dramatic results in a couple of days in an ordinary on-site conference room.
- Discover what really matters to the business - and to you!
- Devise imaginative solutions to problems
- Invent exciting new products in line with customers' thinking
- Improve motivation, fast.
Imagine your senior colleagues opening up enough to understand what really excites and motivates them, finding out in the process how best to work together as an aligned group.
The technique we use, Clean Language, is based on the latest research from the world of cognitive linguistics, focussing on developing the key unique resources in each individual and making them accessible to the team. It has been implemented in several European countries but is currently little known in the UK.
It provides intimate knowledge of the way people think which can be used in a variety of contexts, from the boardroom to the shopfloor, in sales in marketing, and in customer research.
If you've got a people problem that needs to be solved, give us a call - one of our highly-qualified consultants may well be able to help.

Consultant Lynne Cooper describes the effect of a Clean training programme in the NHS.
