Session details
Training Attention are leaders within the Clean community incorporating Clean Language and systemic principles into large scale group and organisational development, including business team coaching, NHS strategic change, NHS coaching, welfare to work industry, police training, diversity training, recruitment, appraisals and feedback, coaching, whole school development, transition in schools, anti-bullying.
We’ll share our experience of what’s worked and what really hasn’t. We’ll discuss how to evaluate systemic interventions. We’d like to discover what others of you have been doing and sharing experience and learning.
Then we’ll facilitate a group session thinking about the future of this field, co-developing principles and combining expertise to strengthen our work as a whole community.
- Share experiences, successes, failures and learning so far in this new field
- Develop some principles for designing and delivering systemic interventions using Clean Language
- Learn about how to propose Clean projects, win contracts and secure funding
Presenters' details
Caitlin Walker has been researching and developing 1-1, group and organisational applications for Clean Language for 10 years. Working closely with David Grove, Penny Tompkins and James Lawley she branched out into non-therapeutic fields.
A Chartered Psychologist, Nancy Doyle uses Clean Language and Systemic Modelling in her work with long-term unemployed learners, conflict in schools and dyslexia. Nancy has worked with Caitlin Walker since 2001 developing system-wide applications for Clean.
