In this session we will share stories, experiences and development areas in relation to using the Training Attention's Clean Feedback model; explore whether this can lead to improved learning, performance and coaching; find out how the model might impact on creating successful peer coaching networks; and discuss the impact of giving and receiving Clean Feedback on the learning experience.

• See how the model has worked in practice
• Be able to give and receive feedback confidently.
