She also works with executives to ignite their spark of passion and re-connect them to their talents and strengths. More recently she has started working with women who have and idea and a passion and need the courage to change direction in either life or a career. She trained as a humanistic psychologist and counsellor in the early 1980's and then went on to develop skills in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She still regularly attends training workshops to further her skills, knowledge and experience. Christina brings with her a background in understanding the deep structure of what is going on for people and works to raise awareness to what is happening at a unconscious level. At the heart of all the work Christina undertakes is a powerful connection to metaphor and this informs how she enables people to move from their current problem situation to developing a clear connection to and achieve their outcome.
