Prices
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5 per cent.
Payment for events, courses, teleclasses and coaching/therapy/supervision
Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the event concerned.
Discounts
Where discounts are advertised, for example for booking a number of courses at once, or for repeating a training, please ensure you understand what discounts will apply to you before making your booking. Refunds cannot be given later.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the course, teleclass or session you have booked, you should notify us in writing.
For courses and teleclasses, with our agreement you may transfer your booking to another person at no charge, provided they have the relevant qualifications or experience for the course or teleclass concerned.
Coaching, therapy and supervision sessions are not transferable.
Course cancellations
Your booking may be transferred to a future course (if available) within the following 12 months at our absolute discretion, subject to a £50 per module administration fee.
If your booking is not transferred, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Less than 1 week’s notice, 100% of the course fee Less than 1 month’s notice, 75% of course fee Less than 3 month’s notice, 50% of course fee
Teleclass cancellations
Your booking may be transferred to a future course (if available) at our absolute discretion, subject to a £5 administration fee. Refunds cannot be given.
Coaching/Therapy/Supervision
If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being charged for.

Teleclasses
Teleclass joining instructions will be supplied on receipt of payment. Joining instructions are supplied to an individual for the sole use of that individual. They must not be shared with others.
Printed books, DVDs etc
You have the right to cancel such orders within seven days of purchase, or of receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. If you do cancel your order, please return the product in its original packaging and undamaged, and including your order number and email address, to:

On receiving the returned goods, we will notify you by email and refund your payment. This may take up to four weeks.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Downloads
In the event of a download glitch we will manually send you a copy of the e-book as an email attachment. Please notify us by email at info@cleanchange.co.uk.
Data protection
Your privacy matters to us. We will keep your personal details secure and will not supply your data to other companies without your specific consent.
You are entitled to amend, block and delete your stored data. Please contact info@cleanchange.co.uk or send us your request by post or fax.
