David Grove
When you tell others about this work, we request that
you credit David Grove for his inspiration in devising
Clean Language and Clean Space, and his dedication in honing and developing
them over many years. He continues to develop new ways of
looking at the way we organise our thinking and perceptions.
Penny Tompkins and James Lawley
No less inspired or dedicated, Penny Tompkins and James
Lawley created Symbolic Modelling, bringing David's genius
to a wider audience and adding more than a little of
their own. Over 4 years of modelling David, they managed
to distil what he does into a form that others can understand
and use.
Using their great experience in the world of Neuro-Lingusitic
Programming (NLP) and their wide reading in the realms
of systems thinking and network theory, they are passionately
developing this work still further and are building new
frameworks for enhancing our understanding of 'how we
tick'. Whatever they do, they always stay close to the
world of 'clean' and of modelling.
Penny and James have shown great
generosity in directly supporting our learning and
development at Clean Change Company.
They are an inspiration and a model for all of us in
the world of Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling.
Phil Swallow
Co-founder of Small Change Company, the precursor to Clean Change Company, Phil Swallow worked with Wendy Sullivan to develop a large part of the foundation-level training. He co-trained with Wendy for several years before deciding to start working freelance. He continues to play an important part in Clean Change Company in a number of ways. For example, he has built this new and greatly improved website and he generously gives of his time to bounce ideas around, offer suggestions and help me to think through concepts. His creativity, depth of thought and many practical skills are wonderful.
